We don’t currently have a dog, but if we did we’d be after these tickets ourselves! 🙂
As is often the case with NorfolkPlaces, I asked our young boys for their opinions about what type of dog we should get. As usual their responses are wildly different…..
Luke (12): Ha! A dog. You’re funny, Dad. You can’t even look after kids!!!!
(Insane cackling from the pair of them. After a while Ben stops, Luke continues. Another minute passes before he catches his breath and continues.)
Hmm. Maybe a Bichon Frise like Joe Gatto (Impractical Jokers) has. What is one of them anyway?
(Before I can google an answer…)
Nah, I want a Pug or a Sausage Dog. They’re hilarious!
(Erm, not the reason for getting a dog. Let’s move on.)
Ben (8):Â Ooh, that’s easy. I want two King Charlie Spaniels. I think. Is that the right one?
(Yes, but why two and why King Charles Spaniels?)
You know. (Humour me….)
Because I know a footballer who has two of them! (imaginary football appears from nowhere….)He shoots, he scoresssss!
(Yep. That figures….)
So, there you go. The logical thought process of children when choosing a furry member of the family.
Don’t forget to enter the competition to win tickets to “All About Dogs.”
If you are thinking about getting a dog please do consider your local dog re-homing centre, such as Dogs Trust @ Snetterton.
