Hoveton Hall Gardens is situated near to the Norfolk Broads only a few miles from Wroxham. In fact Hoveton Hall is not only close to the broads such as Hoveton Little Broad, Wroxham Broad and Burntfen Broads, it is also near to other great family destinations nearby such as Wroxham Barns and BeWILDerwood.

This stately hall was built between 1809 and 1812 and is set in 15 acres of gardens.

Visitors to the gardens will be charmed by the mix both formal and informal planting which provide visual delight across the seasons.

Grandparent’s Review
We found a hidden secret in Norfolk just a few miles outside Norwich and within a mile of Wroxham. It is a true gem amongst the Norfolk Broads and at the end of May was a picturesque haven of colour and wildlife. The rhododendrons and azalea were absolutely stunning and it was a pleasure to stroll around the gardens.
We took two lively grandsons, aged 4 and 8, with us to Hoveton Hall Gardens and they really enjoyed it, especially the Happy Hover Trail and the stamp trails. We saw frogs, newts, dragonflies in a variety of colours, tree-creepers and a chaffinch. The trail held their interest as they ran along, seeking to find all the items on the list – the prize at the end always helps!
We enjoyed the light lunch and delicious homemade cakes in the tea room served by very friendly staff. A truly enjoyable and memorable day.
