Exciting opportunity for cyclists with RideLondon charity

Keen cyclists will be excited to learn that East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH) still has three places up for grabs in the Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100.

The unique 100-mile cycling sportive takes place on a similar route to the London 2012 road races, allowing participants to relive the Olympic experience.

Taking place on Sunday, 30 July, riders will start in the iconic Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and continue out into the stunning Surrey countryside before returning through London for a spectacular finish on The Mall.

EACH has three spots left in the event, which is expected to attract 25,000 amateur cyclists.

Karen Newton, EACH Cambridgeshire Fundraising Manager, said: “This is a superb experience for any cycling enthusiasts and gives them a chance to really push themselves in the saddle.

“At the same time, they can raise money for the care of children and young people with life-threatening conditions across East Anglia. Our vital services are delivered to families at a time when they need it most.

EACH would also be pleased to grow its team by adding participants lucky enough to have secured a ballot place.
