Earlier in the year we mentioned that Jurassic Putt was closed, but we’re pleased to advise it has since reopened. We also found out the reason it had closed was so it could be painted and undergo some general TLC.

The Stone Age Races were closed when we went, but this is because this part of the park is being user for a Halloween feature “Insanitorium”. Stone Age Racers will remain closed until 30th November. Another area closed because of Primevil is the “Lost World A-mazing Adventure” area, which re-opens on 10th November.

Apologies for the photo quality – they were snapped on a mobile phone as we forgot our camera!

We also took a few photos of props that were being set up for the Primevil event – we’ll add some more of these to our Facebook page (along with some unreleased pictures from last year.) Even when you go to dinner there’s no escaping the Halloween theme.

We also noticed a new rangers office had been added in the Secret Animal Garden.

Finally, something new to look forward to. Behind the scaffolding it looks like they’re building a new outdoor curly tunnel slide right next to Dinomite.
