The North Norfolk Railway is a 5 1/4 mile steam railway which runs through stunning coastal scenery from Sheringham, through Weybourne, to Holt.

Trains run from February to December, with steam trains running daily from April to October, with the exception of our Diesel Gala event.

There is much to see and do across the Railway, with three beautifully restored stations and carriages.

Special events run throughout the year, which include our ‘Famous Forties’ 1940s weekend, 1960s weekend and vintage transport festival, Thomas the Tank Engine weekend, ‘Dads Army Live’ (Weybourne was used for filming in the original series), Beer Festival and our popular steam and diesel gala events, where we bring in guest locomotives and run a very intensive service.
